How To Book & Pay

Please don’t forget to read the Terms & Conditions and Field Rules before you book so that we can ensure a safe, fun environment for all users!

Our secure field is available to hire by the hour, for your sole use.  We like to meet everyone for their first visit, at a mutually convenient time which can be booked below. Once we have met you,  you will be given a link to the full calendar:

The code for the padlock on the gate is changed regularly, it will be given to you when we meet. You will receive an email confirmation from us, with all necessary details & directions when you make a booking.

You will receive a reminder email 3 hours before your appointment, read carefully as this email will have the updated code (Except for a first visit). You will also receive a text reminder so ensure you have given us your correct mobile number.

  • Each session lasts 55 minutes.
  • 1 x session (up to 6 dogs) in one vehicle costs £10.  
  • Note that we don’t have a lot of waiting room for vehicles outside the field so it is best not to turn up too early. We allow a maximum of 2 vehicles for each appointment (Additional charge for 2nd vehicle).
  • There are horses and cattle grazing in the surrounding fields.  The cattle are a fair distance away separated by 2 fences and a ditch.  The horses are separated by 3 fences and a wide track plus screening and a conifer hedge.

How To Book

  • Bookings for your Meet & Greet can be made through the online booking system (click the “Book Now” button above)
  • Payments can be made by credit/debit card.
  • If you have any trouble using the booking system, please email and we will contact you to assist.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email for your reservation, please check your junk email. You will need the confirmation email for instructions.
  • If you have not received the confirmation email, your reservation has not gone through – please contact us for assistance.
  • Please do not not make speculative journeys to the field, we only accept bookings made in advance.
